Bijan Sagart

Bijan Sagart joined Archer Capital Group in 2026 as a Senior Associate. With over 5+ years of venture and growth equity experience, Bijan is responsible for sourcing, diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Archer, Bijan was an Associate at Sweetwater Private Equity, where he led or sourced investments in CompanyCam, Rippling, Cross River Bank, and Horizon3.ai. Before Sweetwater, he was an Associate at Lead Edge Capital, a growth equity firm that invests in software, internet, and tech-enabled businesses globally, where he evaluated and sourced new investments. He started his career as an Analyst at Blueprint Equity, a growth equity firm focused on enterprise software, fintech, and tech-enabled services companies.

Bijan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
